Master Your Walk-In Front Desk
Everything you need to set up your shop, print your window poster, call customers, and analyze lobby traffic.
1. Setting Up Your Shop in 10s
Click β‘ + Create Shop in the top header menu. Enter your business name and custom URL slug (e.g. main-st-barbers). Click confirm to launch your cloud-synced waitlist immediately.
2. Printing Your Window Poster
Navigate to Account Dropdown βΎ → π Window QR Poster. Click Print Poster or Save as PDF. Tape the high-resolution 8.5" x 11" poster to your shop entrance window.
3. Zero-Friction Customer Check-In
Walk-in customers point their mobile phone camera at your window poster QR code. They type their name/initials and instantly see their real-time line positionβno app downloads required.
4. 1-Tap Front Desk Control
Keep Front Desk view open on your tablet or smartphone. When a chair opens up, tap "CALL NOW". Line updates sync instantly across all staff screens and customer devices via cloud sync.
5. Business Owner Analytics
Switch to Business Owner Analytics to monitor Walk-Away Loss % (cancellations), Peak Rush Windows, Staff Throughput Speed (visits/hr), and export CSV visit logs for accounting.
6. Managing Stripe Subscriptions
Upgrade to Pro Business ($15/mo) or Enterprise ($49/mo) via Stripe Direct Checkout. You can manage, cancel, or switch your active plan anytime from your user profile menu.
